My mac gets really hot while playing games or just being on Windows (bootcamp)

Hi there I have to get on Windows (bootcamp) for school but my problem is, my Macbook Pro Retina "15 is running hot when just going to chrome or firefox (I've tested many browsers) and when that happens my fans turn on really hard which is really annoying. Anyone know how to fix this?

This all happens on Windows.

My mac will go hot a bit when it's starting up with OS X.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, Windows 10, Bootcamp(ed) I use OS X too

the 15 inch pro's do get alot hotter than the 13's. when playing games or opening bootcamp go to search bar (command + space) and search for activity monitor. once open look for whats using the most CPU but not bootcamp and close other unnecessary programs. if this does not help i suggest opening your computer and cleaning the dust out of your fans. (only on 2012 or below) or you can try standing it on something to get better air flow.
